Although this is the 9th Annual Genral Meeting, the Club was actually founded ten years ago, the first AGM took place the following year, so a good excuse for birthday cake we thought.
The Club has gained in strength over the ten years and membership continues to grow. Although some members of the original committee are no longer with us for various reasons, sadley Jim Speakman & Reg Aston are both deceased, they were a great assest to the Club over the years and they are sorley missed.
Trevor Genge stops by sometimes to view the exhibitons, Brad Purshouse, the 1st Chairman,was on hand to share the cake. Its always good to see members past and present and we hope the Club will continue for many years to come.
The Club has collected a vast array of photographs and memorabila of Bilston during the last ten years, we have recorded peoples memories, and reunited friends and family.Our thanks go to members past and present and we hope you will continue with your support.
